NJ EAST BRUNSWICK — Zoning board approves senior housing extension, adjourns church hearing. East Brunswick's Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a time extension for a senior housing facility, food pantry, and maintenance building at Ryders Lane in a 5-0 vote. Two applications were adjourned: the Walsh lot-variance request to May 14, and The World Worship Church's application seeking a D-1 use variance to operate at 51 West Prospect Street to June 18.
The church application requires additional testimony on parking, acoustics, and ADA compliance before the board can rule.
