Building Complete at 110 Tices as Board Approves Settlement

NJ EAST BRUNSWICK — Redevelopment Agency approves settlement with Tices Developers on ice rink expansion. The board unanimously approved Resolution 2026011, a settlement agreement with Tices Developers Urban Renewal LLC regarding an additional site for a second ice rink, with all six members present voting in favor. Executive Director Michael Hughes reported that the second building at 110 Tices is complete and awaiting a Certificate of Occupancy.
The agency also unanimously approved Resolution 2026012, establishing a shared service agreement with the township for administrative services.
