Planning Board approves two residential subdivision projects

NJ EAST BRUNSWICK — The Planning Board on June 24 approved two residential subdivision projects in East Brunswick. Application #26-03 (Hussain) for subdivision at 15 Kerschner Lane, Block 310, Lot 46 in the RP zone was adopted by resolution with seven members voting in favor. Application #25-24 (Hillel) at 10 Tracy Drive, Block 87, Lot 10.05 in the R-2 zone was approved with conditions and carries a mandatory decision date of June 30, 2026.
Both projects will add a single-family dwelling to an existing parcel. Board member Maria Mueller announced her resignation to attend Cornell University's industrial labor relations program, while Student Representative Kerollos Mekhail announced his high school graduation and plans to attend Rutgers University to study neuroscience and philosophy.
