NJ EAST BRUNSWICK — East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency approves three routine resolutions, reports progress on Route 18 projects. Chairman Wendell, Commissioner Cohen, Commissioner Furgang, and Commissioner Winston unanimously adopted resolutions awarding architectural services design for a pad site, appointing a redevelopment planner for Area 1A, and approving the bill list. Executive Director Robert Zuckerman reported that the Arts Commission has named Gallery Green for a park at Vermella, where student artwork will be displayed.
Chairman Wendell noted that commercial businesses at Legacy Place have achieved full occupancy, with Route 18 retailers expressing strong enthusiasm for future development.
