Zoning Board Approves Variance for Lawrence Brook Lot

NJ EAST BRUNSWICK — The Zoning Board of Adjustment voted 7 to 0 to approve a bulk variance for an undersized residential lot on South Drive. The Walsh application permits construction of a single-family home on an 11,834-square-foot parcel where 15,000 square feet is required, with lot width of 75 feet instead of the 100-foot minimum. The board approved the application with conditions requiring impervious-coverage compliance and a topographic survey.
The board also continued the St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church youth center application to July 16 and carried the World Worship Church application to August 6.
